Wedding planning... Who has time for that?! With all that life requires of us, planning a wedding doesn't always fit in. That's where I come in. Team up with me, and I will lighten your load by taking on some key aspects of planning your wedding day. This package allows you to enjoy planning your wedding without having to put the rest of your life on hold.

  • Initial in-person consultation to discuss wedding vision 
  • Unlimited telephone and email consultations 
  • Ceremony and reception site visit to determine layout
  • Assistance with decor selections and color schemes
  • Contact and coordination of meetings with potential vendors 
  • Additional coordination meeting 1 to 2 weeks before the wedding date to review all details
  • Creation and execution of ceremony and reception schedules
  • Distribution of schedule to vendors
  • Distribution of final payments to vendors
  • Assistance with setup of ceremony and reception decorations
  • Rehearsal attendance and coordination
  • Ceremony coordination and execution: ensure decor and floral arrangements are in place, line up of family, groom, bridal party & bride, contact with DJ to ensure correct music, cue DJ and bridal party on when to walk & what song to walk to/play, cue DJ for special songs & recessional
  • Reception coordination: contact with all vendors to ensure schedule expectations are being met, consult with caterers on dinner, drinks, champagne pouring for toasts, cake cutting & distribution, coordination of all special events, i.e. dances, slide shows, surprises etc., ensure bride and groom are ready for special dances, toasts & cake cutting, single contact person for bride and groom day of wedding
  • Bride, Groom and vendors single contact person the day of the wedding
  • Emergency "Uh-oh!" kit… Includes cosmetics, tissues, travel sewing kit, band-aids, lint roller etc.
