Initial in-person consultation to discuss wedding vision

Unlimited telephone and email communication

Creation and execution of ceremony and reception schedules

Distribution of schedule to vendors

Ceremony coordination and execution: ensure decor and floral arrangements are in place, line up of family, groom, bridal party & bride, contact with DJ to ensure correct music, cue DJ and bridal party on when to walk & what song to walk to/play, cue DJ for special songs & recessional

Reception coordination: contact with all vendors to ensure schedule expectations are being met, consult with caterers on dinner, drinks, champagne pouring for toasts, cake cutting & distribution, coordination of all special events, i.e. dances, slide shows, surprises etc., ensure bride and groom are ready for special dances, toasts & cake cutting, single contact person for bride and groom day of wedding

Contact and coordination with all other vendors day of wedding ensuring contract requirements are met
